The articles and project pages describe the kinds of work we do and how renovation projects generally run. They are general information written in good faith, not a quote, a design or professional advice for your particular home.
Consultations and quotes
A consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side. Nothing on this website is an offer to carry out work. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement and scope, signed by you and by us, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
Using the forms
Please use the forms only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to contact us for them, and give accurate details. We turn away submissions sent by software, in bulk or under a false name, and may block where they come from.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages about consultations, project schedules, design ideas and our services. Message frequency varies; you should expect no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.
