What we collect
From our forms: your name, email address, ZIP code, the kind of project and timing you chose, a mobile number if you gave one, and anything you wrote in the message box.
If you opt in to texts: a copy of the consent statement you ticked, the address of the page you ticked it on, when you did so, and the IP address the form was sent from.
How we use it
To arrange and prepare for your consultation, answer your messages, and, if you asked for them, send text updates.
The consent record exists to show a carrier, if one asks, that you agreed to receive our texts. That is its only purpose.
Who sees it
The people who work for us, plus the providers that run our web hosting, email and text delivery. Those providers handle your details only to provide their service to us.
Your personal information will not be sold or leased to any third party.
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details for two years after our last contact with you, or for the life of any project and its paperwork. Text consent records for four years, because carriers can ask for them in that time.
Your choices
Email info@freshhomer.com or call (719) 701-8266 to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop any messages. We reply within 30 days.
Reply STOP to any text to end text messages straight away.
Security
The site is delivered only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are checked for origin, rate-limited and verified with a short-lived ticket from our server before they are accepted. This website runs no advertising trackers.
